? <br /> <br />2• Julv 51 1950o <br />Resolution #1655 was introduced by Dr. Lewis. A Resolution transferring <br />$2746.99 from the Bus Garage Fund to the Municipal Bus Line. It was <br />moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution be <br />read irnmediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />aff3rmative vote on said motion was as follows: Bawngardner, Hatton, <br />Kramer, I,ewis, Paddock. Thereupon the Resolution was read the second and <br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative wte was as follows: <br />Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock. <br />It was moyed and seconded that the Clerk be instructed to pay $17,700.00 <br />notes with interest to the Sinlfl.ng Fund. <br />A letter was received from Mr. Komar of Ohio Pesticide & Equipment Company <br />rebarding the condition of the ELm trees in the park, in which he recommended <br />spraying to guard against the Dutch Elrn Disease. - <br />It was moved and seconded that the matter be referred to the Building and <br />Grounds Committee with power to act on spraying the Elm trees. "Yeas" <br />Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock. <br />Ordinance #828 was introAuced brT Ms. Baumgardner. An Ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor and Clerk to sign an agreement between the Village of North Olmsted and <br />the Village of Westlake providing for the installation of a water main in <br />tiialter Road, from Maple Ridge Road to a point 806 feet north of Maple ftidge <br />Road. It was mpved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the <br />Ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its <br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as fallows: Bai;mgardner, <br />Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock. Thereupon the Ordinance was read the second <br />a.nd th3,xd times and put upon its passage and the,affirmative vote was as <br />fouows: Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddocko <br />Ordinance #825 was given its second reading only. <br />The following moneys were received: *$$,058.07 Bus Receipts; $2308.00 Gas Tax; <br />6 <br />$1743.38 Tan;ible Tax; $660.70 Mayor's Fines; $261.90 Building Permits; $180.00 <br />Street ppening Permits; $45.00 Paxk;.$101.35 Emmett Dobbi.ns. <br />Pay Ordinance No. 723 was passed by the following affirmative vote: <br />BaUmgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Paddock, Lewis. <br />The meet3.ng adjourned to t he ca11 of the Clerk. <br />? <br />?
