<br />MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MFETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE 4F

<br />Present were Clarence J. Oviatt, Mayor, E. Baeungardner, Fred Hatton, titn. H.
<br />Kz'amer, Dr. C. B. Lewis, Roger Paddock.,.B. Scott.
<br />Ordinance #$26 was introduced by Mr, Kramer. An Ordinance to supplement Sec-
<br />tion 216 of Ordinanee No. 122 passed on the first dap of September, 1925,
<br />relating ta permit fees, by the enactment of supplemental sections 216-1,
<br />216-2 and 216-3; to amend Section 216 of Ordinance No. 222, and to repeal
<br />original section 216 of Ordinance No.122. It was moved and seconded
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the Ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />on said motion was as follows: Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis,
<br />Paddock, Scott. Thereupon the Ordinance was read the sacond and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirma,tive vate thereon was as
<br />follows: Baumgardner., Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott. The Mayor advised that he had appointed William H. Cook to worY in the
<br />bus office during the vacation periods of Charles E. Best and William
<br />Jenkins. .
<br />Resolutien #1650 was introduced by Mr. Baumgardner. A Resolution employ-
<br />ing William H. Cook durinG the vacation periods of Charles E. Best and
<br />willian Jenkins. Moved and seconded that the above Resolution be adopted as
<br />read. l?yeasir Baumoardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddockp Scott.
<br />Ordinance #827 was introduced by Mr. 5cott. An Ordinance repealing
<br />Ordinance #$14 passed May 2, 1950. It was moved and aeconded that the
<br />statutory rul,e be suspended and the ftesolution be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
<br />said motion was as follows: Baurrgardner, Hatton, Krainer, Lewis, Paddock,
<br />Scott. Thereupon the Ordinance was read the second and third times and
<br />put upon its passage and the affirmative vote was as follows: Baumgard-
<br />ner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddack, Scott.
<br />Resolution #1651 was introduced by Mr. Baumgardner. A Resolution repeal-
<br />ing Resolution #1566 pasaed June 21, 1949. It was moved and seconded
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution be read immediately
<br />the seoo nd and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative wte on said motion was as follows: Baumgardner, H2tton,.Kramer,, Lewis,
<br />Paddock? Scott. Thereupon the Resolution was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote was as follows:

<br />On account of next Meeting date, July l+th, being a Legal Holiday, meeting
