<br />Ordinance #$19 was read the third time, and on the adoption the following
<br />voted "Yea" Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer., Lewis., Paddock., Scott.
<br />1''r• LaRue, 4434 Canterbury Road and some of the Selhurst residents wanted to
<br />know what action had been taken to clean the Harrison ditch. It was moved and seconded that the Ehgineer be instructed to proceed with the
<br />Harrison Ditch. "Yeas" Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewisp Paddock,'Scott.
<br />Resolution #164$ was introduced by Dr. Lewis. A Resolution authorizing the
<br />Mayor and Clerk to buy 610 feet of 18" crock for the Harrison Ditch, and
<br />have same laid. Moved and seconded that the above Resolution be adopted as
<br />read. "Yeas" Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Zewis, Paddock, Scott.
<br />Mr. Snahnican presented a petition for the extension of water on Root Road.
<br />It was moved and seconded that the petition be referred to the IIzgi.neer. "Yeast'
<br />Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott,
<br />1`r. Tisch],er presented a petition with additional names for the Dover Center
<br />Road water line. It was mpved and seconded that the petition be referred to
<br />the Eigineer. "Yeas" Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer, Lewis, Paddock, Scott.
<br />The Engi,neer rEported that the estimated cost for the water main on lialter
<br />Road from Gessner Road to 14ap1e Ridge was $4.2$. .
<br />Mr. Bernard R. Griffin presented a petition for a water main on Walter Road,
<br />north of Maple Ridge. It was moved and seconded that the petition be referred
<br />to the Engineer. "Yeas" Baumgardner, Hatton, Kramer., Lewis, Paddocki Scott.
<br />It was moved and seconded that the Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids
<br />for a water main on Porter Road, from Lora3n Road to the north line of the S. S.
<br />Scherrer property.
