<br />and sewer by the U. S. Fulelity and Casualty Company. i

<br />' Mr. Wilson appeared before Council and stated he represented Mr. Leo Rodecker of
<br />? 4537 Gladland Ave. He stated the residents of Gla.dland Avenue would buy 25 tons
<br />of slag for their street and asked that the city purchase an equal amount. The i
<br />! Service Director agreed to do this and said the city.would try to have their por- ?
<br />' tion delivered by the end of next week. -

<br />It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the Resolution =

<br />certify life oF improvement and maximum r,taturity of bonds for erection of two fire
<br />houses. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />Resolution be read irmnediately the second and thizd times and put on its passage.
