Schwenk that the Ordina.nce <br />be adopted as read. t?Yeaslt Baker, Decker, MacDonald, LTeubauer. t'rJays" Crider, <br />Kramert Schwenk. <br />Ordinance #2459 vras introduced by Mr. Schwenk. An ordin4nce repealing Ordinance <br />No• 2418 entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to tra•,rel and to order travel <br />by city officers, agents and employees. It was moved and seconded that the statu- <br />tory ru].e be suspended and the Ordinance be read imediately the second and third <br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion vras as follows: <br />Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Pleubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon the <br />Ordinance was read the second and third times and put on its passaZe and the affirma- <br />tive vote thereon i•ras as follows: Crider, Decker, Krarier, MacDonald, Neubauer, <br />Schwenk. nNay" Baker. <br />A motion was made by 24r. Kramer and seconded by Mr. Scrwenk that the bond of <br />Pietro DiGioia ir_ the amount of. ?1;.4,600.C0 by Tri.nity Universal Insu:s.nce Company <br />for the installation of Kennedy Ridge water main be approved. "Yeas" Bal:er, Crider, <br />Decker, Krasner, MacDonald, Neubauer, Schwenk. <br />The Buildirg Commissioner's report was resd showing that permits in the amount of <br />w431.20 'vrere issued during the month of February. Estimated cost of buildino sras <br />a5371900.00. <br />'"The 13oard of Education requssted that the city provide sidewalks on one side of <br />the following streets as soon as possible: Fitch, Dover Center, Gessner, tidalter, <br />' Barton Road north and south, N.
