<br />Ordinance...#2414 was introduced by Mr. Kramero` An Ordinance to amend Ordinance
<br />\#2098 passed March l, 1955 entitled "An Ordinance creating position of Dog Warden
<br />and fixing compensation therefororr It was moved and seconded that the statutory
<br />rule be guspended and the Qrdinance be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:
<br />Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk. Thereupon the Ordi.na.nce was
<br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows; Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk,
<br />' A Public Hearing was held on Ordinance #21F02. There being no ob3ections,,it was
<br />? moved by Mr. Crider and seconded by Mr. Baker that the Ordinance be adopted as
<br />? read, "Yeas'l-Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk, ?
<br />? The Engineer's letter was read in`regard to the completion oY"Rosita Lane, in which
<br />he stated that the mud, dirt and debris would have to be wa.shed out af the storm
<br />' sewer before bond could be released. The developer agreed to do this.

<br />Resolution #2415 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A Resolution transferring appropri-
<br />ations. It was moved and seconded that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />Resolution be read_immediately the second'and third'times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on'said motion was as followss Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer,
<br />Neubauer, 8chwenk. Thereupon the Resolution was read the second and third times and`put'upon its passage'and the affirnlative vote thereon was as followst Baker,,

<br />A motion was made by Mr. Neubauer and seconded by Mr. Schwenk that the Clerk write
<br />letters,to Olmsted Falls, Olmsted Township and Westlake notifying them in regard '
<br />ta increase in bus fare from 40¢ to 43¢ effective January 15, 1957. "Yeaa" Baker,
<br />Crider, Decker, Kramer, Neubauer, Schwenk.
<br />' The Ma.yor stated that Saul'Biskind was willing to give the city a 201 wide strip for
<br />the widening of Brnokpark Extension.
