<br />14r. Schwenk stated that Mr. Poremba of the O1msted S3gn Co, had requested permission
<br />to install benches at some of: the main bus stops,, the back. of tht benches t o carry

<br />advertisa?nents. If benches could be insta].led in time? Mr. Pozemba agreed to ad-
<br />? vertise the 3-mi].l operating levy to be voted on in the coming election. It xaa
<br />? su8gested that siat benches be tried out at the start and Mr. Poremba ia to give the
<br />locations of the benches at the meeting to be held next-Tuesday.
<br />? Mr• Baumgardner read a letter frcm the Civi1 5ervico Ccmmission in regard to the
<br />? adoption of the (?rganizational Chart, in which they stated they nust refuse to
<br />! aPPro?e the.payroll for the employees of the City of North Olmsted that are not
<br />covered by Council ratified organizational charts.`
<br />Mr, Decker, Chairman of the 3atety Ccmmittee,$ recommended that the : Organizational
<br />Char't of the Police Department remain the san?e as set up by the Civil Service
<br />Ccnmission. . ,
<br />With the two t'ire house$j, the Safety Cammittee ielt there shouLd be Iaur.oificers
<br />in the Fire Department, so there will be an officer on duty at each houae !or each
<br />shift - the Chief and one Lioutenant All handle Fire House #1 w3.th four regular 3'iremen -- a Captain and Lieutenant will handle Fire House #2 with iaur regular
<br />firemen. The Safety Ccmmittee therefore, recommerrled these ehangea in ths Organiza-
<br />` tional Chart for the Fire Department.
