JUP1E 4, 1957 - Page 3. <br />; The Safety-Service Director reported that he had conferred with the <br />BuilcU.ng Commisaioner in regards to the George Biddulph place at 5871 <br />?Canterbury Road and found the followi.ng permits had been issued to I7r. Baddulph: <br />November 20, 1946, #725 an addition to tYie dance hall; ' April 111 1950, #744 <br />a shelter house for the golf course; Apri1 23,, 1957, #W187 a shed roof <br />thirty-'tLlO (32) feet by fourteen (llt) feet. No permit was issued on the <br />•? fourteen (lQ by twenty (20) foot entrST to Reitz Lounge. The Law Director-, <br />stated no more perm-i.ts should be issued at this:time. - <br />The Building Co:nmissior,ers report for the month of 14ay shotaed permits issued <br />in the amount of $5$3.65; and the estimated construction`value in the amount <br />of w378,700.00. <br />A cortimunication was read from 1,rJyner & Wyner, Attorneys at laws, in regards to <br />the Knapik et al vs, the Cztg of North Olm:ted et al, Court,of Conmon Pleas , <br />case 7IT678101, in i,rhich they subrnitted fifteen (15) proposals in regards to tha <br />operation of the Sani.tary Land I'ill. The matter was referred to the Council <br />%, as a whole. <br />Paul Garaeu stated that Jack Cloyd had been fired by.Parkview Village and <br />; wanted to know how much Jack Cloyd, as Engineer, dre:-r last year and so far <br />? this year for Engineering Services. This t-iould have to be ascertained by . <br />checYing all Speeial Assessment riznds. <br />,. <br />:vlr.
