NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY,AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and, as amended, shall depict and state that the zoning of the following parcels of land located within the City,to-wit: Permanent Parcel Nos. 234-02-001,234-02-002,234-02-003,234-02-004,234-02-005,234-02-014 and 234-08-007,located on Lorain Road,North Olmsted, Ohio, shall be, in their entirety zoned for Motorist Service district use. A true and accurate copy of the legal description for said parcels, as well as a map depicting the parcels, is attached to this Ordinance as,respectively,Exhibits"A" and "B SECTION 2: That the City Engineer be and he hereby is directed to amend the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted so that when amended, the said Zone Map will disclose that the zoning classification of the land identified and described in Section 1 hereof has been changed from Limited Industry-Industrial Park district to Motorist Service district, and that said parcels of land may be thereafter used only in accordance with the uses permitted and the regulations provided in the Motorist Service district of the City pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted as they may be from time to time amended. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
