Council Minutes of 02-04-2014 of Public Safety and Service. He is not the day-to-day supervisor of his spouse who works within the Division of Fire as an Administrative Ass't to the Fire Chief. Councilman Barker, Chairman of the Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee: The Finance Committee met Tuesday February 4, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. Present were committee members Barker and Brossard; Council members Hemann and Schumann; Mayor Kennedy and Planning/Development Director Wenger. • Discussed liquor permit stock transfer no. 1072478 for Buckeye Lounge located at 24488 Lorain Road. Sgt. Wagner of the North Olmsted Police Dept. found no issues with this liquor permit. Councilman Barker made a motion that was seconded by Councilman Brossard, and the committee voted 2-0 to recommend to not object to the liquor permit.
