Council Minutes of 11-04-2015 <br /> Ordinance 2015-74 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br /> Ordinance repealing Chapter 151 of the Administrative Code entitled "Board of Zoning <br /> Appeals." Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br /> Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2015-74 adopted 6-0. <br /> Ordinance 2015-75 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br /> Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 147 of the Codified Ordinances of the <br /> City of North Olmsted entitled "Board of Zoning Appeals" in order to reconcile said <br /> Chapter with an amendment to Charter Article VII, Sections 1 and 4. Councilman <br /> Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman <br /> Williamson and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2015-75 adopted 5-0 (Councilwoman <br /> Hemann was not at her seat during the vote for approval). <br /> Ordinance 2015-76 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br /> Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 1123 of the North Olmsted Zoning <br /> Code entitled "Board of Zoning Appeals" in order to reconcile said Chapter with an <br /> amendment to Charter Article VII, Sections 1 and 4. Councilman Schumann moved for <br /> adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed <br /> unanimously. Ordinance 2015-76 adopted 6-0. <br /> Ordinance 2015-77 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br /> Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 1315 of the Codified Ordinances of the <br /> City of North Olmsted entitled "Board of Building Code Appeals" in order to reconcile <br /> said Chapter with an amendment to Charter Article VII, Sections 1 and 4. Councilman <br /> Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman <br /> Williamson and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2015-77 adopted 6-0. <br /> Resolution 2015-92 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br /> Resolution dispensing with a formal RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into <br /> a contract with Richard L. Bowen & Associates, Inc. to provide engineering consulting <br /> services to the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Councilman <br /> Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Barker and <br /> passed unanimously. Resolution 2015-92 adopted 6-0. <br /> Resolution 2015-93 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br /> Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Aladtec, Inc. to provide <br /> hardware, software, maintenance and training for a workforce management system <br /> consisting of an employee time, attendance and scheduling program, and declaring an <br /> emergency, as amended. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was <br /> seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Resolution 2015-93 adopted <br /> 6-0. <br /> Ordinance 2015-95 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br /> Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br /> expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2015, and <br /> declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney made a motion to suspend the rule <br /> requiring three readings as this was discussed in the Finance Committee. The motion <br /> was seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. <br /> 4 <br />
