Council Minutes of 12-15-2015 <br /> correction for a 27th pay calculation and will be amended for all Bond sale and <br /> payoff of Notes. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of Ordinance <br /> 2015-112 as amended with suspension. Additional amendments were presented <br /> to Council yesterday via E-mail. The main amendment is a $150,000 increase in <br /> the Sewer Revenue Fund for the Bradley Lift Station. <br /> Councilman Kearney made a motion to amend Ordinance 2015-112. The motion was <br /> seconded by Councilman Barker and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2015-112 amended <br /> 7-0. <br /> • Discussed last was Ordinance 2015-113 which is an Ordinance to make and <br /> transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of <br /> North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2016, and declaring an <br /> emergency. This is a temporary appropriation ordinance for the year 2016, which <br /> covers the budget for the first quarter of 2016. The committee voted 3-0 to <br /> recommend approval of Ordinance 2015-113 as amended with suspension. <br /> Councilman Kearney made a motion to amend Ordinance 2015-113. The motion was <br /> seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2015-113 <br /> amended 7-0. <br /> Councilwoman Hemann thanked everyone for making the Oxcart Pantry Project NOEL a <br /> huge success. Collections in cash, food and toiletry items exceeded $1,000. Donations <br /> came from the VFW, city employees who voluntarily contributed and residents who <br /> attended the NOEL event. She thanked everyone for their help and support. She thanked <br /> Director Wenger for helping to plan such a nice event for the Food Pantry. <br /> Councilwoman Hemann, Chairwoman of the Intra-Governmental Relations Committee: <br /> The Intra-Governmental Relations Committee met Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 8:20 <br /> p.m. Present were committee members Hemann, Limpert and Kearney; Council <br /> President Jones; Council members Barker, Schuman and Williamson; Mayor Kennedy <br /> and Planning and Design Director Wenger. <br /> • The committee met for the purpose of reviewing the Mayor's recommend <br /> reappointments to the Planning and Design Commission, Landmarks Commission <br /> and Arts Commission. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend approval of all of <br /> the Mayor's reappointments. <br /> Councilwoman Hemann made a motion to approve the Mayor's reappointments of <br /> Don Rerko and Tom Patton to the Planning and Design Commission for the term <br /> January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2020. The motion was seconded by <br /> Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. Reappointments approved 7-0. <br /> Councilwoman Hemann made a motion to approve the Mayor's reappointments of <br /> Jim Morse and Gretchen Schuler to the Landmarks Commission for the term January <br /> 1, 2016 through December 31, 2017. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br /> Limpert and passed unanimously. Reappointments approved 7-0. <br /> 3 <br />
