Council Minutes of 02-16-2016 <br /> Councilman Barker, Chairman of the Public Safety, Health& Welfare Committee: <br /> The Public Safety Committee met Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 6:45 p.m. Present were <br /> committee members Barker, Williamson and Brossard; Council members Hemann, <br /> Limpert and Schumann and guests. <br /> • Discussed first was Liquor Permit No. 0263443 Ari's Family Restaurant located <br /> at 27195 Lorain Road. This is a stock transfer and Sgt. Wagner of the North <br /> Olmsted Police Dept. found no issues with the applicant. The committee voted 3- <br /> 0 to not object to this permit. <br /> • Discussed next was Liquor Permit No. 6203590 transfer from Axiam Inc, DBA <br /> Wine Brew & More located at 26880 Brookpark Extension, to MSN Brookpark <br /> LLC DBA Wine Brew & More. Sgt. Wagner of the North Olmsted Police Dept. <br /> found no issues with the applicant. The committee voted 3-0 to not object to this <br /> permit. <br /> • Discussed last was new Liquor Permit No. 62035900005 MSN Brookpark LLC <br /> located at 26880 Brookpark Extension. Sgt. Wagner of the North Olmsted Police <br /> Dept. found no issues with the applicant. No objection <br /> approved 7-0. <br /> Councilman Kearney, Chairman of the Finance Committee: <br /> The Finance Committee met Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at 6:50 p.m., Thursday, February <br /> 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. During the course of <br /> the three days, present were committee members Kearney, Schumann and Barker; <br /> Council President Jones; Council members Brossard, Hemann, Limpert and Williamson; <br /> Mayor Kennedy, Finance Director Copfer, Law Director Gareau; Planning & <br /> Development Director Wenger, Safety & Service Director Glauner; Human Resources <br /> Director Farver; various division heads and guests. <br /> • Discussed first was Resolution 2016-8 which is a Resolution authorizing the <br /> Mayor to purchase a new Ford Utility Interceptor Truck from Statewide Ford at a <br /> cost of$31,073.00, through the State Purchase Program; and further authorizing <br /> the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to effectuate such purchase and <br /> Resolution 2016-9 which is a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a new <br /> GMC Sierra Pickup Truck from Bob Ross Buick at a cost of$36,980.50 through <br /> 2 <br />
