A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended agreement with LSL Planning/SAFEbuilt Ohio, LLC, to provide additional professional planning and zoning services to the city on the Zoning Code Update Project, and declaring an emergency. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide asphalt resurfacing and related repairs upon city streets, as detailed in the specifications on file with the Engineer, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. 5
