That number increased to 559 in <br /> 2015, or about 31%. <br /> Director of Finance Copfer: <br /> • They sold $1,605,000 of Bond anticipation Notes for street improvements on <br /> March 22, 2016 at a .07% yield and a 1.25% coupon. The transaction closed <br /> today and the city received the money for the street projects. <br /> • Tuesday, March 29, 2016 the February summary and detailed financial, revenue <br /> and expenditure reports and fund summary were E-mailed to all of Council, <br /> Mayor, Directors and union representatives. Note that income tax collections <br /> were lagging 1% behind the plan, but this was probably due to a timing difference <br /> in collections as in March the city recovered that lag. <br /> Council President Jones, Committee of the Whole: <br /> The Committee of the Whole met Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the <br /> audio and visual system in Council Chambers. Present were all of Council, Mayor <br /> Kennedy, Safety & Service Director Glauner, Human Resources Director Farver and <br /> Jason Thomas from Go2IT. Mr. Thomas answered Council's questions from a previous <br /> Committee of the Whole meeting. Council approved an increase of$693.94 for the cable <br /> to be installed to the video system and also approved new ceiling speakers at a cost of <br /> approximately $1,364.20. The project should be completed sometime in May. <br /> Councilman Barker made a motion to approve the project. The motion was seconded by <br /> Councilwoman Williamson, and Council approved the project with a vote of 7-0. The <br /> meeting was adjourned at 7:14 p.m. <br /> Councilman Barker, Chairman of the Public Safety, Health& Welfare Committee: <br /> The Public Safety Committee met on March 22, 2016 at 8:34 p.m. Present were <br /> committee members Barker, Williamson and Brossard; Council President Jones; Council <br /> members Hemann, Kearney, Limpert and Schumann; Mayor Kennedy, Finance Director <br /> Copfer, Safety & Service Director Glauner, Human Resources Director Farver and <br /> guests. <br /> • Discussed was Liquor Permit # 1485870 which is a new D5 permit for Cifrancic <br /> Lenze Enterprises LLC, DBA Rythem & Brews, located at 24189 Lorain Road. <br /> There was no objection from the North Olmsted Police Dept., and there was no <br /> discussion from Committee or Council. A motion was made by Councilman <br /> Barker to recommend to not object to Liquor Permit #1485870 for Rythem & <br /> Brews. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson, and the <br /> committee voted 3-0 to not object to the liquor permit. The meeting was <br /> adjourned at 8:38 p.m. <br /> Councilman Barker made a motion to not object to Liquor Permit# 1485870 which is a <br /> new D5 permit for Cifrancic Lenze Enterprises LLC, DBA Rythem& Brews, located at <br /> 24189 Lorain Road. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and <br /> passed unanimously. No objection 7-0. <br /> 2 <br />
