C. Section 07600 - Flashing and Sheet Metal <br />D. Section 07900 - Joint Fillers, Sealants and Caulking <br />1.03 REFERENCE SPECIFICATIONS, CODES, AND STANDARDS <br />A. Without limiting the generality of these specifications Work shall conform to the applicable <br />requirements of the following documents: <br />1. TT -P-641 (1) Primer Coating, Zinc Dust - Zinc Oxide (for galvanized surfaces <br />2. ASTM A 525 Specification for General Requirements for Steel Sheet, Zinc <br />Coated (Galvanized) by the Hot -Dip Process. <br />3. ASTM A 526 Specification for Steel Sheet, Zinc Coated (Galvanized) by the <br />Hot -Dip Process, Commercial Quality. <br />4. ASTM B 209 Specification for Aluminum and Aluminum-AIIoySheet and Plate. <br />5. Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association "Architectural <br />Sheet Metal Manual' (ASMM). <br />6. The Aluminum Association "Specification for Alum inum SheetMetalWork in Building <br />Construction." <br />7. American Welding Society (AWS). <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br />A. In accordance with the procedures and requirements set forth in Section 01300, Submittals, <br />submit the following: <br />1. Samples, of each material listed. <br />1.05 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br />A. Deliver all materials in factory packed unopened cartons and crating bearing the <br />manufacturer's labels. <br />B. Store materials in clean, dry protected area in such manner to preclude damage of any <br />nature. <br />C. Handle all materials with proper care to avoid denting, marring, warping or other distortions <br />during delivery, storage and handling. <br />PART 2 -- PRODUCTS <br />2.01 MATERIALS <br />A. General: Provide roof specialties and accessories of design and construction compatible <br />and approved for use with roofing manufacturer. <br />B. Fasteners: Provide all fasteners and attachments required to secure item to substrate and <br />support loads required by applicable Building Code. Use only non -corrosive fasteners which <br />are compatible with materials being joined. <br />C. Colors: Colors shall be selected by Owner. <br />2.02 ROOF CURBS <br />A. Material: 18 gauge, G-90 galvanized steel, 12 inches high with mitered and continuous <br />welded corners and seams, factory installed pressure treated wood nailers, and rigid <br />fiberglass insulation. <br />B. Design: Provide roof curb units manufactured to fit manufactured roof panels. Provide <br />integral water diverter. Design roof curb to support weight of equipment. Coordinate roof <br />curb unit with roof panel manufacturer to ensure proper fit. Roof curb shall be approved for <br />use by manufacturer. <br />C. Accessories: Provide interior liner, flashing, trim and other items required for a complete <br />installation. <br />2.03 COPINGS <br />A. Material: 0.063 inches aluminum with smooth surfaces. <br />B. Splice Plate: Aluminum and finished to match coping. Provide six inch wide units at <br />
