Please provide a statement that all warranties match those found in the specifications and <br />that all products or installation warranties and/or Sales and Services Agreement(s) conform to <br />the specifications for the project:1st floor section of building #14: The lab roof. <br />b. The minimum warranty for this project is 20 years. <br />5) Insurance <br />a. Please provide a copy of or statement of any insurance or bond. <br />b. The minimum required insurance/ bonding amount on this project is One Million Dollars <br />(1,000,000.00) in considerations of injury and damages. <br />6) List of Qualifications and References <br />a. Please provide a client list for projects of similar size, cost, and complexity. <br />b. Please include any similar work performed for the City of North Olmsted or surrounding <br />municipalities in the past 5 years. <br />7) Specifications for the 2016,15' floor section of building #14: The lab roof for the North <br />Olmsted Wastewater Plant are on file in the City Service Department and at the WWTP.
