Council Minutes of 05-03-2016 <br /> to purchase consoles and special equipment designed for the North Olmsted Police and <br /> Fire Central Dispatch Center; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents <br /> necessary to effectuate such purchase, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Barker <br /> moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed <br /> unanimously. Resolution 2016-45 adopted 7-0. <br /> Ordinance 2016-19 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br /> Ordinance establishing Chapter 735 of the Business Regulation Code entitled "Food <br /> Trucks" to provide regulations for mobile food vendors in the City of North Olmsted, as <br /> amended. <br /> Ordinance 2016-46 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br /> Ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br /> expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2016, and <br /> declaring an emergency, as amended. Councilman Kearney made a motion suspend the <br /> rule requiring three readings as this was discussed in Finance Committee. The motion <br /> was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Councilman Kearney <br /> moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed <br /> unanimously. Ordinance 2016-46 adopted 7-0. <br /> Ordinance 2016-47 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br /> Ordinance amending Section 926.15(c) of Chapter Nine of the Codified Ordinances of <br /> the City of North Olmsted titled "Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code" for the <br /> limited purpose of changing the "Board of Building Code Appeals" to the "Building and <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals" and declaring an emergency. <br /> Ordinance 2016-48 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br /> Ordinance amending various sections of Chapter One of the Codified Ordinances of the <br /> City of North Olmsted titled "Administrative Code" for the purpose of (1) removing <br /> reference to abolished boards and commissions; and (2) reassigning duties previously <br /> undertaken by the abolished position of Clerk of Commissions; and (3) updating <br /> employee titles, and declaring an emergency. <br /> Ordinance 2016-49 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br /> Ordinance amending various sections of Part Seven of the Codified Ordinances of the <br /> City of North Olmsted titled "Business Regulation Code" for the limited purpose of <br /> changing the "Board of Building Code Appeals" and "Board of Zoning Appeals" to the <br /> "Building and Zoning Board of Appeals"and declaring an emergency. <br /> Ordinance 2016-50 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br /> Ordinance amending Section 149.02 of Chapter One of the Codified Ordinances of the <br /> City of North Olmsted titled "Administrative Code" for the purpose of reassigning the <br /> duties of the Clerk of Commissions, and declaring an emergency. <br /> Ordinance 2016-51 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br /> Ordinance amending Section 915.06 of the Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code of <br /> the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to authorize the Director of Public <br /> 5 <br />
