Council Minutes of 2-21-2017 <br />further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to amend and extend <br />such lease agreement. Councilman Kearney moved for adoption. Councilman Schumann <br />and passed unanimously. Resolution 2017-10 adopted 6-0. <br />Ordinance 2017-12 was introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2017, and declaring an <br />emergency, as amended. Councilman Kearney made a motion to suspend the rules <br />requiring three reading as this was discussed in Committee and is time sensitive. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed unanimously. Councilman <br />Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and <br />passed unanimously. Ordinance 2017-12 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2017-13 was introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a new Ford F-650 truck and related <br />equipment from Valley Truck Centers at a cost of $70,375.00, through the State Purchase <br />Program; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to <br />effectuate such purchase, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Resolution 2017-15 was introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution dispensing with the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a <br />contract with the Sindyla Consulting Group LLC for the purpose of providing legal and <br />consulting services related to the telecommunication industry, including negotiation of <br />agreements for the location of cell towers on City owned properties. <br />Resolution 2017-16 was introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a cooperation agreement with Cuyahoga <br />County/The Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works for mutual obligations <br />related to the rehabilitation of Cedar Point Bridge No. 00.49 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />Ordinance 2017-17 was introduced by Councilman Limpert and was given its second <br />reading. An Ordinance amending Section 1363.302.2 of Chapter 1363 of the Real <br />Property Maintenance Code entitled "Discarded Materials" in order to provide standards <br />for trash receptacles on commercial properties. <br />Ordinance 2017-19 was introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees", for the purpose of updating fee schedules, <br />and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann made a motion to suspend the rules <br />requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and <br />passed unanimously. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Ordinance 2017-19 <br />adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2017-20 was introduced by Mayor Kennedy and was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution dispensing with the RFP process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br />agreement with the Senior Transportation Connection of Cuyahoga County to provide <br />
