1115.07 PLANNING AND ZONING CODE 26 <br />(j) "Hotel -motel" means a building containing rooms for the temporary <br />accommodation of transients which may provide a variety of rooms for dining, <br />entertainment, exhibitions and convention or sales activities as well as personal <br />services for guests. <br />(k) "Mobile home" means a self-propelled or nonself-propelled vehicle designed in <br />a manner to permit the use and occupancy thereof for human habitation, whether <br />or not resting on wheels, jacks or other foundations. <br />(1) "Mobile home park" means any tract of land upon which one or more mobile <br />homes are occupied either free of charge or for revenue purpose, including any <br />roadway, building, vehicle or structure used or intended for use as a part of the <br />facilities of such mobile home park or for the benefit of its occupants. <br />(m) "Multi -family building" means a building consisting of three or more attached <br />dwelling units with various arrangements of entrances and party walls, comprising <br />a unified building design but excluding hotels and motels. <br />(n) "Nursing home" means a residential care facility designed to provide a range of <br />personal and medical services to chronically ill or disabled individuals. <br />(o) "One -family detached dwelling" means a building consisting of a single dwelling <br />unit having at least two separate entrances. <br />(p) "One -family attached dwelling" means a building consisting of separate dwelling <br />suites sharing common, or party, walls with at least one other dwelling unit with <br />each unit having at least two separate entrances. <br />(q) "Rooming house" means a building operated for compensation by a resident <br />family in which a room or rooms are provided for living and sleeping facilities <br />to not more than two persons and providing no independent cooking facilities for <br />such persons. <br />(r) "Two-family dwelling" means a building consisting of two dwelling units which <br />may be either attached side by side or one above the other, separated from each <br />other by tenant walls, floors and/or ceilings, of concrete, masonry or the <br />equivalent, and each unit having either a separate or combined entrance or <br />entrances. Passed 11-7-07.) <br />1115.07 LOT, PARCEL AND LAND. <br />As used in this Zoning Code: <br />(a) "Corner lot" means a lot abutting on two streets at their intersection at which <br />the interior angle of such intersection is not more than 135 degrees. <br />(b) "Double frontage lot" means a lot having frontage on two nonintersecting <br />streets. <br />(c) "Interior lot" means a lot other than a corner lot. <br />(d) "Lot" means a division of land separated from other divisions for purposes of <br />sale, lease or separate use, described on a recorded subdivision plat, recorded <br />survey map or by metes and bounds. "Lot" also means an area of land being <br />described as a lot in a duly recorded subdivision or appearing as a single parcel <br />on the Auditor's Map Records or subdivided into a separate area or parcel in <br />accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 711.01 or designated as such by <br />the Building and Zoning Board of Appeals. <br />December 2016 Replacement <br />
