6Page <br />8) Upon approval of the Administration, meet with city officials to discuss changes to existing <br />policies and procedures. <br />9) Prepare second draft of policies and submit for review of changes. <br />10) Where indicated and necessary, prepare related employment forms, including: <br />• ADA notification <br />• EEO applicant tracking <br />• Discipline <br />• Exit Interview <br />• Leave Application <br />• Sick Leave authorization <br />• FMLA applications and certifications <br />11) Prepare final Manual for duplication, including index, appendices, forms and table of <br />contents. <br />12) Prepare an executive summary of the manual and present final Personnel Policy Manual <br />to council for adoption at a public meeting. Respond to questions from press and public <br />regarding policies. <br />13) In conjunction with the Law Department, Review the City's administrative ordinances <br />and make recommendations where conflicts exist between the Policies and Procedures, and <br />City resolutions. <br />14) Deliver electronic copy of the final manual. <br />Estimated Time For Completion: ninety (90) to one -hundred twenty (120) days from approval <br />of project <br />
