<br />A. Office Buildings. Offices include professional, financial, governmental, public utility,
<br />administrative and sales except that no retail sales involving the exchange of merchandise
<br />shall be permitted. Medical offices are not permitted.
<br />B. Research Laboratories. Research laboratories include experimental, research and testing,
<br />all types of basic and applied research of product design and development, including the
<br />operation of small scale experimental and pilot operations for determining the feasibility of
<br />new technology.
<br />C. Metal Production. Metal production includes metal cutting, stamping, electric, gas and
<br />ultrasonic welding, grinding, machining and finishing, only in the production and/or assembly
<br />of products such as:
<br />1. Automotive and aircraft parts;
<br />2. Electrical and electronic equipment and motors;
<br />3. Electrical appliances;
<br />4. Hardware, cutlery and kitchen utensils;
<br />5. Musical and scientific equipment;
<br />6. Medical, orthopedic and photographic instruments and equipment;
<br />7. Sporting goods and athletic equipment;
<br />8. Sheet metal components, heating and ventilation ductwork, gutters and downspouts;
<br />and
<br />9. Plumbing supplies.
<br />D. Nonmetal Production. Nonmetal production includes:
<br />1. Clothing, garment manufacturing and other textile products;
<br />2. Pharmaceutical products;
<br />3. Manufacture and fabrication of plastic products, extrusion, moulding and fabrication of
<br />panels, sheets, tubes and rods; and
<br />4. Ceramics, pottery, dishware, figurines and tile from clay and the enameling of pottery
<br />ware or metals.
<br />E. Services, Sales and Storage Establishments. Services, sales and storage establishments
<br />are limited to:
<br />1. Cleaning, dyeing and dry cleaning establishments and carpet cleaning;
<br />2. Repair of household appliances and goods produced by manufacturing and assembly
<br />processes permitted above;
<br />3. Food, confection and drug preparation;
<br />4. Bottling plants and creameries;
<br />5. Cold storage and food locker plants;
<br />6. Household and maintenance services, dry cleaning and laundry, dyeing, rug cleaning,
<br />janitorial and maintenance services;
<br />7. Parcel delivery establishments;
<br />8. Monument works;
<br />9. Bulk storage or warehouses for such material as building materials, contractors'
<br />equipment, cotton, wool, fabrics, feed, furniture, machinery, materials other than scrap or
<br />junk, paint, pipe, rubber, shop or store supplies provided there shall be no storage of
<br />discarded or salvage articles or of any material outside of buildings;
<br />10. Public storage establishments;
<br />11. Dog and/or cat kennels. Buildings primarily used for the boarding of dogs and/or cats for
<br />a fee; provided, however, that animal noise and odor must be effectively confined to any
<br />such building so used; that no part of any building so used may be located within 700
