Effective January I, 2013, such schedule shall be increased as provided herein. <br />$ 500.00 After employee completes five (5) years <br />$ 1,000.00 After employee completes ten (10) years <br />$ 1,500.00 After employee completes fifteen (l5) years <br />$2,000.00 After employee completes twenty (20) years <br />$2,500.00 After employee completes twenty-five (25) years <br />For the purpose of computing the length of full-time service, for the purpose of' <br />calculating additional compensation; no service credit shall be given for part-time or full-time <br />service outside of this bargaining unit. <br />ARTICLE 9 <br />HOLIDAYS <br />9.01 All employees shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be <br />required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to wort: by the Chief of Police. In the event <br />the bargaining unit member either works or was not scheduled to work for reasons other than <br />holiday leave on one of the following holidays, then the bargaining unit member shall receive <br />another day off from work for reasons other than holiday leave.
