9 Heat and Air Conditioning Insulation Standards 1303.99 <br />1303.05 INSPECT ION. <br />All of the insulation requirements and installation standards and requirements <br />established by this chapter shall be inspected by the Building Commissioner before <br />concealment. <br />(Ord. 75-183. Passed 9-2-75.) <br />13 03. 06 C ONF LICT OF LA WS. <br />If a conflict arises between the provisions of this chapter, the One and Two Family <br />Dwelling Code, the Ohio Building Code or any other applicable ordinance or code adopted <br />by the Municipality, the more restrictive provision shall apply. <br />(Ord. 75-183. Passed 9-2-75.) <br />1303.99 PENALTY. <br />Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall <br />be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100. 00). A separate offense shall be <br />deemed committed each day during or on which a violation oacurs or continues. <br />1982 Replacement
