Council Minutes of2-19-2019 No comments. I,h.GISI.A7'ION Resolution 2019-16 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A Resolution declaring the necessity of the construction and repair of certain sidewalks in the City of North Olmsted by the abutting property owners; the construction, repair, and assessment of the costs of sidewalks in certain cases by the City, and declaring an emergency. Councilman I,impert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: I,impert, Kearney, Williamson, Glassburn, Brossard, IIemann, Schurnann No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2019-16 adopted 7-0. Resolution 2019-17 introduced by Mayor Kennedy and Council President Jones was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide upgrades and replacements to the City Hall Building IIeating and Ventilation System ("HVAC"), as detailed in the specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor, Following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Councilrnan Kearney moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman IIemann and passed 6- 1. Roll Call: Yes: Kearney, IIemann, I,impert, Williamson, Brossard. Schumann No: Glassburn Motion carried. Resolution 2019-17 adopted 6-1. Resolution 2019-18 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading.
