Resolution 2019-21 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Mad Bomber Fireworks Productions to provide a fireworks display for the 2019 North Olmsted Fourth of July Celebration, and declaring an emergency.
