There are other issues the City will be working <br />with them on next, but this was the most important one because of its danger. <br />Director of Finance Copfer: <br />• No Report. <br />Council President Jones, Committee of the Whole: <br />The Committee of the Whole met on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 7:35 p.m. Present <br />were Council members Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann, Kearney Limpert, Schumann and <br />Williamson, Council President Jones; Mayor Kennedy, Director of Finance Copfer, <br />Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & Development Lieber, <br />Recreation Commissioner Drenski, Assistant Recreation Commissioner Wetmore and <br />guests. <br />• The Committee of the Whole met to review information regarding the Recreation <br />Facilities and Parks. The City provided fact sheets with highlights from each area <br />of Recreation Services and showed some of the costs associated with each along <br />with needed improvements. Council asked many questions and members were <br />encouraged to send their additional questions to the administration as the City <br />moves forward in the process to identify the next steps in the Recreation Master <br />Plan that needs attention. Council plans to meet again within the next few weeks <br />regarding this issue. <br />Councilman Kearney Chairman of the Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings <br />Committee: <br />The Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee met on Tuesday, February 26, <br />2019 at 7:00 p.m. Present were committee members Kearney, Hemann and Brossard; <br />Council members Glassburn, Schumann and Williamson; Mayor Kennedy, Director of <br />Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & Development Lieber and guests. <br />• Discussed was Resolution 2019-35. A Resolution dispensing with the RFP <br />Process and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with WHS Engineering <br />for the purpose of providing engineering services for HVAC System at the North <br />Olmsted City Hall Complex, and declaring an emergency. The Resolution was <br />discussed and explained, while questions were asked and answered. The <br />committee voted 3-0 to recommend to Council with suspension. <br />Councilman Limpert Chairman of the Streets and Transportation Committee: <br />The Streets and Transportation Committee met on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 7:15 <br />p.m. Present were committee members Limpert, Kearney and Glassburn; Council <br />members Brossard, Schumann and Williamson; Council President Jones; Mayor <br />Kennedy, Director of Finance Copfer, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of <br />Planning & Development Lieber, Assistant Law Director O'Malley and guests. <br />2 <br />
