Council Minutes of 4-02-2019 <br />• Discussed was Liquor Permit 4823965 Kovatch Group LLC., doing business as <br />Best Damn Tacos located at 30111 Lorain Road. This is a transfer permit from <br />Game Day Tavern LLC., located in North Ridgeville. There were no objections <br />from the Police Department. The committee voted to not object by a vote of 2-0. <br />Councilwoman Williamson made a motion to not object to Liquor Permit 4823965 <br />Kovatch Group LLC, doing business as Best Damn Tacos located at 30111 Lorain Road. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Williamson, Brossard, Hemann, Kearney, Glassburn, Schumann, Limpert <br />No: <br />Motion carried. Liquor Permit 4823965 not objected to 7-0. <br />Councilwoman Williamson Chairwoman of the Building, Zoning and Development <br />Committee: <br />The Building, Zoning and Development Committee met on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at <br />7:05 p.m. Present were committee members Williamson, Limpert and Schumann; <br />Council members Glassburn, Hemann and Kearney; Council President Jones; Mayor <br />Kennedy, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & Development <br />Lieber, Assistant Director of Law O'Malley and guests. <br />• Ordinance 2019-47 was withdrawn by its sponsor. <br />• Discussed was CMS 18-12763 Andy's Auto Wash located at 28800 Lorain Road. <br />The proposal consists of building alterations and parking lot expansion at the <br />existing car wash facility. Two existing drive through canopies will be removed <br />and metal paneling will be infilled to match existing panels. The parking lot will <br />be expanded by eight feet to accommodate six new parking spaces for vacuum <br />stations. The committee voted to recommend to Council with the <br />recommendations imposed by the Planning & Design Commission 3-0. <br />Councilwoman Hemann made a motion to approve CMS 18-12763 Andy's Auto Wash <br />located at 28800 Lorain Road with the conditions imposed by the Planning & Design <br />Commission. The motion was seconded by Councilman Schumann and passed <br />unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Williamson, Schumann, Limpert, Glassburn, Hemann, Brossard, Kearney <br />No: <br />Motion carried.
