It was demolished in <br />2016 as part of the new High School/Middle School campus project. <br />• 27418 Butternut Ridge Road: This single family home was demolished in 2002 after the city <br />purchased the land to construct the new North Olmsted Branch Library. <br />• 27351 Butternut Ridge Road (PPN 235-16-008): The former Middle School was demolished in 2016 <br />as part of the new High School/Middle School campus project. <br />• 27253 Butternut Ridge Road (PPN 235-16-008): The former Butternut School built in 1920 was later <br />used as the Middle School Annex by the school district. This building fell into poor condition and was <br />demolished in 2013 by the school district to provide parking and green space adjacent to the Middle <br />School. <br />• 27191 Butternut Ridge Road (PPN 235-16-007): This single family home was purchased and <br />demolished by the school district in 2014 to provide an access drive from Dover Center Road for the <br />new High School/Middle School campus. <br />25747 Butternut Ridge Road (PPN 236- <br />23-028): This single family home was <br />demolished in 2018 after it was damaged <br />beyond repair by fire. The structure was <br />originally built around 1900, and is said to <br />once have been a barn which was moved <br />onto the foundation of an older house that <br />stood on the site but burned down around <br />1930.
