Council Minutes of 8-20-2019 <br />• Discussed was Liquor Permit 8204354 SJSJ LLC. This is a transfer permit from <br />Sky Fuel Inc., dba Unimart 257 to SJSJ LLC dba Unimart. There were no <br />objections from the Police Department. The committee voted to not object by a <br />vote of 2-0. <br />Councilman Brossard made a motion to not object to Liquor Permit 8204354 SJSJ LLC. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Brossard, Limpert, Hemann, Glassburn, Schumann, Kearney <br />No: <br />Motion carried. Liquor Permit 8204354 not objected to 6-0. <br />Councilman Limpert Vice Chairman of the Building, Zoning & Development <br />Committee: <br />The Building, Zoning & Development Committee met on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at <br />7:30 p.m. Present were committee members Williamson, Limpert and Schumann; <br />Council members Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann and Kearney; Director of Finance <br />Copfer, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, <br />Director of Planning & Development Lieber and guests. <br />• Discussed was Ordinance 2019-69. An Ordinance amending Section 1363.302.13 <br />of Chapter 1363 of the Real Property Maintenance Code entitled "Supplemental <br />Regulations for Residential Property" in order to provide standards for <br />maintenance of dumpsters. Councilman Schumann introduced this ordinance and <br />explained the necessity for amending the current Code. As currently written, there <br />are no rules that set time limitations for dumpsters on residential property. This <br />ordinance seeks to add time limitations for the amount of time dumpsters may <br />remain on residential property and distinguishes time frames for homes with <br />active building permits and for those without. After discussion, the committee <br />chose to amend the legislation to allow the Building Commissioner to grant an <br />extension of time for dumpsters on residential property with an active building <br />permit as well as instances where a permit is not required. The committee voted <br />3-0 to recommend approval with the amendment. <br />Councilman Limpert made a motion to amend Ordinance 2019-69 to allow the Building <br />Commissioner to grant an extension of the time period for dumpsters on residential <br />property with an active building permit as well as instances where a permit is not <br />required.
