Council Minutes of 9-17-2019 <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2019-77 adopted 5-1. <br />Ordinance 2019-78 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance amending the boundaries of the Butternut Ridge Historic District. Councilman <br />Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kearney <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Kearney, Glassburn, Brossard, Hemann, Limpert <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2019-78 adopted 6-0. <br />Councilwoman Hemann voted yes with comment. I would like to thank our Planning <br />Director for working on this project. As the person who represents the bulk of the historic <br />district, I know many of my residents will be looking forward to some of the things <br />attached with this, the new guidelines and some of those things, because not all of the <br />homes are the same age and it was a little challenging for some of them before. Thank <br />you, yes. <br />Ordinance 2019-81 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2019 and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Schumann moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as <br />this was discussed in committee and is time sensitive. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Glassburn, Hemann, Kearney, Limpert <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. Ordinance 2019-81 adopted 6-0. <br />Resolution 2019-82 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission <br />and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer. <br />Resolution 2019-83 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution directing the Fiscal Officer of Cuyahoga County to pay the City of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 2020, all money due and owing said City from any <br />collection source. <br />11 <br />
