Ordinance 2019-80 introduced by C:`ouncilwoman Williamson was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending Chapter 557 of the General Offenses Code of the City of North Olmsted, entitled. "Sale ofC:igaret:tes and Tobacco Products to Minors,— in order to prohibit the sale to or possession ofcigarettes, electronic cigarettes and vaping devices by individuals under 21 years of age, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Resolution 2019-87 introduced by Mayor Kennedy Nvas given its second reading. A Resolution to cooperate with the Director of Transportation of the Ohio Department of Transportation for a project to upgrade traffic signals and the signal systern along Brookpark Road, Great Northern Boulevard, C011,1111bia Road, Clague Road, Country Club Boulevard and Butternut Ridge Road including curb ramps, signing and pavement markings in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was heard in committee and needs to be suspended to support ODOT timelines. A Resolution authorizing and directing the Director of Planning and Development to make application on behalf of the City of North Olmsted fir Community Development Blink Grant (CDBG) funds for the fiscal year 2020 for the North Olmsted Community Park Walking Path project, further authorizing the Mayor to accept the grant if aGvarded and to execute a contract with Cuyahoga County, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance 2019-90 was introduced and placed on first reading by Council President Jones on behalf of Mayor Kennedy. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 167 of the Administrative Code, entitled "Department of 1-luman Resources" in order to reorganize by removing the Divisions of Aging and Youth and Family Services from the Department and adding the Division of Building. 5
