Council Minutes of 12-3-2019 <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2019-94 adopted 6-1. <br />Resolution 2019-97 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a lease agreement for limited use of vacant <br />real property owned by the City, specifically Permanent Parcel No. 235-12-010, located <br />at 5563 Burns Road. Councilman Schumann moved for adoption. The motion was <br />seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Limpert, Williamson, Hemann, Kearney, Glassburn <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2019-97 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2019-98 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Police Department, and declaring an emergency, as <br />amended. <br />Resolution 2019-99 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a one year contract with TAC Computer <br />Inc. in order to provide maintenance and repair services to computer hardware and <br />software in the North Olmsted Fire Department, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2019-100 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Planning and Development to make application on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted for funds from the State of Ohio 2019 Capital Budget <br />and further authorizing the Mayor to accept an award, if granted, and to execute any <br />contracts with the State of Ohio, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Kearney <br />moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was discussed in committee <br />and is time sensitive. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed <br />unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Kearney, Hemann, Limpert, Glassburn, Brossard, Williamson, Schumann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Kearney moved for adoption.
