Ordinance 2019-108 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2019-109 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with TTX Electronics to <br />provide infrastructure upgrades to the City telephone system, as approved by the Board of <br />Control, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2019-110 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance to make appropriations for Capital Improvements for the City of North <br />Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 2020. <br />Resolution 2019-111 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for diesel fuel <br />and gasoline products for use by the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications on file, <br />and authorizing the Mayor, after approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a contract <br />to purchase such products. <br />Resolution 2019-112 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Human Resources to solicit proposals from <br />qualified lawn care service providers to perform nuisance abatement work for 2020, and <br />further authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, to enter into a <br />contract for lawn care services, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution 2019-113 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Western Reserve <br />Area Agency on Aging to provide for a Congregate Meal Program at the North Olmsted <br />Senior Center, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Schumann moved to suspend <br />the rule requiring three readings and formal committee review as it was heard in caucus <br />and is time sensitive.
