Council Minutes of 1-21-2020 <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and <br />installing telecommunications system equipment and network fiber, together with <br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, for use in carrying out City services <br />and functions; and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2020-11 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $260,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring and <br />installing computer hardware and software, together with necessary appurtenances and <br />work incidental thereto, for use in carrying out City services and functions; and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2020-12 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,170,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of acquiring fire <br />apparatus consisting of an aerial platform truck and appurtenant equipment for use by the <br />City's Fire Department; and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2020-13 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,330,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, <br />rehabilitating, remodeling, adding to, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving <br />buildings and facilities in the City's Municipal Complex, together with necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2020-14 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $1,260,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay costs of renovating, <br />rehabilitating, remodeling, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving the club house <br />and ballroom facilities at the City's Springvale Golf Course, together with necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance 2020-15 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $545,000 of notes, in <br />anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to provide funds to pay a portion of the cost of <br />improving Bretton Ridge Drive and certain other designated streets between certain <br />termini by reconstructing and rehabilitating the pavement base, adjusting, constructing <br />and reconstructing catch basins, curbs and curb ramps, manholes and utility valve and <br />monument boxes, where necessary, preparing the surface and resurfacing, in each case <br />together with necessary appurtenance and work incidental thereto; and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance 2020-16 was introduced and placed on first reading by Mayor Kennedy. An <br />Ordinance to adjust the salary range for the Outreach Coordinator in the Division of <br />Aging, and align divisions with the City's current organization chart for the year 2020; <br />and otherwise restate the compensation rates and descriptions for various administrative <br />and legislative personnel for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020, and declaring an emergency. <br />11 <br />
