Resolution 2020-24 adopted 5-0. <br />Resolution 2020-25 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution to authorize an agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation to <br />detour traffic from Interstate 480 onto Stearns and Lorain Roads during two (2) separate <br />ten (10) day periods, with dates to be determined, during ODOT's resurfacing project. <br />Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. Councilman Kelly moved to suspend the rule requiring three <br />readings as this was heard in committee and is time sensitive.
