It will also reference existing Chapters governing parking, lighting, signage and the development review process. The committee voted to recommend to Council 2-0. Councilman Schumann Chairman of the Finance Committee: The Finance Committee met on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Present were committee members Schumann, Brossard and Kelly; Council members Glassburn, Hemann and Limpert; Mayor Kennedy, Director of Finance Copfer, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & Community Development Lieber and guests. • Discussed first was Ordinance 2020-16. An Ordinance to adjust the salary range for the Outreach Coordinator in the Division of Aging, align divisions with the City's current organizational chart for the year 2020, change the boot and clothing allowance payment to January, adjust the Police Captain range, and adjust the part-time Firefighter range; and otherwise restate the compensation rates and descriptions for various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020, and declaring an emergency, as twice amended. This was amended about a month ago. It has come back as there are some amendments the Directors wished to add. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend to Council as twice amended. Councilman Schumann moved to amend Ordinance 2020-16 a second time. The motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Limpert, Williamson, Glassburn, Hemann, Kelly No: None Motion carried. Ordinance 2020-16 amended 7-0. • Discussed next was Resolution 2020-39. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a WOW Business Customer Agreement for the purpose of (1) updating the fiber "Dedicated Internet Access" ("DIA") services within City Hall; and (2) adding a redundant fiber "DIA" service into the Waste Water Treatment Plant. Director Gallo said the redundancy would allow us to have information backed up at City Hall and the Waste Water Treatment Plants on separate servers. The committee voted 3-0 to recommend to Council. Councilman Limpert Chairman of the Streets & Transportation Committee: The Streets & Transportation Committee met on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at 6:46 p.m. Present were committee members Limpert, Kelly and Glassburn; Council members Brossard, Hemann and Williamson; Mayor Kennedy, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of Planning & Community Development Lieber and guests. 3
