Council Minutes of 5-19-2020
please let me know. We have a pretty good volunteer group in my ward and I organize
people if I need to. If we can reach out and help in anyway, please call on me to do that. I
would also like to let everyone know with regard to the Memorial Day event the VFW
will be placing flags on veteran's graves at Coe Cemetery this Thursday at 6:00 p.m. The
reason I am making this announcement is because the Boy Scouts who have helped every
year are unable to do so because of COVID-19 issue. If anyone is interested in
volunteering to help, it is obviously social distanced and pretty well organized. I know
they could use some help as I know the Boy Scouts were always a very big help.
Councilman Glassburn Chairman of the Intra -Governmental Relations Committee:
The Intra -Governmental Relations Committee met on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 7:15
p.m. Present were committee members Glassburn, Schumann and Hemann; Council
members Brossard, Kelly, Limpert and Williamson; Council President Jones; Mayor
Kennedy, Director of Law Gareau, Director of Safety & Service Glauner, Director of
Planning & Community Development Lieber, Bryan O'Malley and guests.
• The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the appointment to the Arts
Commission of Bryan O'Malley.
