I Fhe Employer shall grant leave with the Basle }-burly Rate of l'ay plus Longevity or Overtime Pay (as applicable) to an employee for the period of time he is required to appear before a court, judge, justice, magistrate or coroner as a plaintiff, defendant or Nvitness in ratters directly relating to his job as an employee of the Employer, Employees shall be paid a minimum mo (2) hours overtime pay for appearance at Rocky Rker Municipal Court.
