35.05 Forestry employees who are certified by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) <br />shall receive a five hundred dollar (5500) per \car certification incentive. <br />ARTICLE: 36 WORK BY SUPERVISORS <br />36.01 Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work to the extent that results in lay-off; a <br />reduction in work force or reduction of hOurs of vv,.)rk by bargaining unit employees. Except for <br />ernerrencies.. a supervisor will not perforzrr ullit MSks outside oi'the SupervisE+r"s <br />normal vNorking hours to deny overtime opportunities to bargaining unit personnel. <br />ART [CI.E 37 CHIPPER AND BRUSH ROTATION <br />37.01 Assignment to the chipper and brush truck will be rotated weekly among the available. <br />qualified personnel in the Forestry Crew. A list sho4ving such rotation assignments shall be <br />maintained and will he available for inspection h\ employees. <br />37.02 It is agreed. at the Employers discretion that oil busy roack4ays there shall he another <br />vehicle available for safety purposes. <br />ARTICLE 38 J013 DESCRIPTIONS <br />38.01 The Employer retains the right to change or modify employee 'oh descriptions. In the <br />event the Frill- lover changes or modules an employee's job description. it shall notify the <br />employee of the change or modification and the reason therefore. <br />ARTICLE. 39 BOOT, CLOTHING AND TOOL ALLOWANCE <br />39.01 All bargaining unit employees shall receive a seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) <br />annual clothing allowance. The aforementioned clothing allowance shall be paid during the first <br />pay period after January 1 of each year covered by the terms of this agreement. <br />39.02 All mechanics, lead mechanics. mechanic helpers, maintenance mechanics and <br />maintenance mechanic helpers shall receive a seven hundred dollars (5700.00) annual tool <br />allowance. The aforementioned tool allowance shall be paid during the first pay, period after <br />January 1 of each year covered by the terms of this aereernent. <br />ARTICLE 40 INCLEMENT WEATHER <br />40.01 During periods of inclement weather, the Ernployer will attempt to schedule wort: that <br />does not require extensive exposure to the elements. Inclement weather is defined to mean air <br />temperature in excess of 100 degrees and air temperature below five degrees. During an <br />"emergency'" as defined within Article 11, Section I of this agreement, the provisions of this <br />article shall not be applicable. <br />26 <br />
