7.06 Any employee who is ,assigned to the S.W.A.T. and/or Bomb 'technician Units shall be <br />paid additional compensation at the rate of' five hundred ($500.00) dollars annually. <br />Compensation shall be paid upon assignment to the position hi-weekly and prorated. <br />7.07 All employees shall receive a shin differential in the amount of seventy-five (5.75) cents <br />per hour. Shift differential shall be paid to employees assigned to the night shift. <br />7.08 All forms of'compensation shall he paid by electronic deposit to coi71mence at the <br />Employer's convenience. but not less than thirty (30) days after the eNecution of-this Agi-cement. <br />In the event an employee is deemed un-bankable. the Employer will meet with the employee to <br />attempt to remedy the prohlem. <br />7.09 F.fIective January I, 2015. each Patrol Officer shall be paid additional compensation in <br />the amount of one-thousand ($1,000) dollars for obtaining and%or maintaining their LEADS <br />certification. Payment shall be made in the first full pay period of the year. Effective January 1, <br />2016. all bargaining unit members shall be paid additional compensation annually in the amount <br />of seven hundred fifty ($750.00) dollars for obtaining and/or maintaining their LEADS <br />certification. Payment shall be made in the first full pay period of the year. <br />7.10 Weekend Pay: Members ol'the bar�(aining unit regularly scheduled to work on Saturday <br />or Sunday. and Nvork both Saturday and Sunday shall receive an additional one and a half'( 1 1/2) <br />hours of'pay at the basic hourly rate of pay for Road, and or Jail duty applicable in every manner <br />to include but not limited to response or supervision of either. lf'an employee is regularly <br />scheduled on the weekends and only works one of'the days either Saturday or Sunday, he or she <br />shall receive thirty minutes of pay for that day. Anyone working ,in overrtime shift on either <br />Saturday or Sunday shall not be eligible f'or the weekend stipend. <br />AR'FlCF,E Vlll LONGEVITY PAY <br />8.01 All full-time sworn employees shall receive longevity pay as additional compensation <br />corn <br />puted on annual salary as follows through December 31. 2012: <br />4% after employee completes 5 years <br />5% after employee completes 10 years <br />6(/'0 after employee completes 15 years <br />7% after employee completes 20 years <br />For the purpose ofthis section. the term annual salary is defined as base pay. shift <br />differential, over -time vacation and sick pay. <br />8.02 All full time sworn employees effective January I , 2013 shall receive lonoevity pay as <br />additional compensation to their annual salary as follows. <br />
