Corrections Officer -Fifth Year 25.09 25.72 26.36 <br />7.02 Shift differential: All employees shall receive a shift differential in the amount of seventy- <br />five ($.75) cents per hour. Shift differential shall be paid to employees assigned to the second <br />(1600 to 2400) shift. third (2400 to 0800) shift. and swing (2000 to 0400) shift respectively. <br />7.03 All forms of compensation shall be paid by electronic deposit commencing at the <br />F,mployer's convenience. but not later than thirtt (30) days after the execution of this <br />Agreement. In the event an employee is deemed un-hankablc, the Frnployer will meet with the <br />employee to attempt to remedy the problem. <br />7.04 Effective January 1, 2015, each Correction Officer shall be paid additional compensation <br />in the amount of one -thousand ($1.000) dollars for obtaining and/or maintaining their LEADS <br />certification. Payment shall be made in the first full pay period of the year. Et7ective January 1. <br />20W all bargaining unit members shall be paid additional compensation annually in the amount <br />of seven hundred fifty ($750.00) dollars for obtaining and;'or maintaining their LEADS <br />certification. PaNment shall be made in the first full pay period of the year. <br />7.05 Weekend Pay: Members of the bargaining unit regularly scheduled to work on Saturday <br />or Sunday. and work both Saturday and SLInday shall receive an additional one and a half (1 !') <br />hours of pay at the basic hourly rate of pay for Road, and or Jail duty applicable in every manner <br />to include but not limited to response or supervision of either. if an employee is regularly <br />scheduled on the weekends and only works one of the days either Saturday or Sunday, he or she <br />shall receive thirty minutes of pay for that day. Anyone workinu an overtime shift on either <br />Saturday or Sunday shall not be eligible for the weekend stipend. <br />AR'T'ICLE 8 LONGEVITY PAY <br />8.01 All employees shall receive additional compensation, pursuant to the followino schedule <br />through December 31, 2012. <br />$ 250.00 After employee completes five (5) years <br />$ 500.00 After employee completes ten (10) years <br />$ 750.00 After employee completes fifteen (15) years <br />$1,000.00 After employee completes twenty (20) years <br />Effective January 1, 2013, such schedule shall be increased as provided herein. <br />$ 500.00 After employee completes five (5) years <br />$ 1,000.00 After employee completes ten (10) years <br />$ 1.500.00 After employee completes fifteen (15) years <br />$2,000.00 After employee completes twent} (20) years <br />$2,500.00 After employee completes tvventy-five (25) years <br />
