Valuing Diversity, Courtesy, Even -Tempered, Compassion, Integrity, judgment, and Objectivity. <br />Candidates are given unique passwords to complete the tool online through any computer or <br />mobile device. There are no time limits for the online materials and there are no "right" or <br />"wrong" responses. Candidates can complete the assessment onsite, or wherever the City opts <br />to have it administered without the need for a test proctor. Upon completion, results are <br />instantaneous and are immediately available electronically to the designated City <br />representative(s). <br />Since the cost is very low, many police departments use the Quick View'`" Law Enforcement <br />Assessment as a screening tool during their interview process, and prior to the full pre -hire <br />(psychological) assessment, to help departmental personnel prioritize candidates. The results <br />also enable interviewers in the department to conduct a more probing and comprehensive <br />interview that can also be used to assist in background investigation and polygraph / VSA <br />administration. <br />PRADCO has trained a team of safety force consultants on the use and interpretation of the <br />Quick ViewTm Law Enforcement Assessment and can facilitate training for the City as well. After <br />training of all relevant personnel is complete, PRADCO professionals remain available to assist <br />the department in result interpretation. <br />Quick View" Firefighter Assessment (Firefighters) <br />This can be used as a stand-alone assessment or as a component of the Pre -Hire <br />(Psychological) Assessment. <br />The Quick ViewTm Firefighter Assessment was developed with the assistance of over 200 fire <br />departments in the State of Ohio. The instrument measures crucial behaviors such as: <br />Ambition, Service, Improvement, Dependability, Flexibility, Proactive, Quality, Safety, Attitude, <br />Teamwork, Courtesy, Even -Tempered, Compassion, Integrity, judgment, and Resourceful <br />Candidates are given unique passwords to complete the tool online with any computer or <br />mobile device.
