The results also enable
interviewers in the department to conduct a more probing and comprehensive interview that
can also be used to assist in background investigation and polygraph / VSA administration.
PRADCO has trained a team of safety force consultants on the use and interpretation of the
Quick View"" Firefighter Assessment and can facilitate training for the City as well. After
training of all relevant personnel is complete, PRADCO professionals remain available to assist
the department in result interpretation.
Quick ViewT" Emotional Intelligence Assessment (for Police and Fire)
This can be used as a stand-alone assessment or as a component of the Pre -Hire
(Psychological) Assessment.
The Quick ViewT" Emotional Intelligence Assessment was developed in partnership with
municipal and business clients.
