Council Minutes of 2-16-2021 Resolution 2021-4 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to advertise for bids for the award of a contract to provide asphalt resurfacing and related repairs upon City streets, as detailed in the specifications on file in the Division of Engineering, and authorizing the Mayor, following approval of the Board of Control, to contract for the same with the lowest and best bidder. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kelly and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Limpert, Kelly, Hemann, Williamson, Schumann, Glassbum, Brossard No: None Motion carried. Resolution 2021-4 adopted 7-0.
