Council Minutes of 2-16-2021 <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2021-7 adopted 7-0. <br />Resolution 2021-10 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor to purchase a "Combination JetNacuum Machine" and <br />equipment, at a final cost of $465,000.00 from Jack Doheny Company, all through the <br />State Purchase Program; and further authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents <br />necessary to effectuate such purchase. Councilwoman Hemann moved for adoption. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Hemann, Glassburn, Schumann, Brossard, Limpert, Kelly, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2021-10 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2021-13 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance amending Section 139.04 entitled, "Division of Police" of Chapter 139 of the <br />Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled <br />"Department of Public Safety" in order to increase the amount of the Petty Cash Fund for <br />use by the North Olmsted Police Department. <br />Resolution 2021-14 introduced by Mayor Kennedy was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, to apply for <br />and, if approved, to accept a grant awarded by the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council <br />(NOPEC) Energized Community Grants for 2021, and declaring an emergency. <br />Councilman Schumann moved to suspend the rule requiring three readings as this was <br />heard in committee and this is a grant and with no objections from the committee. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Brossard and passed unanimously. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Schumann, Brossard, Williamson, Glassburn, Kelly, Limpert, Hemann <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Schumann moved for adoption.
