Council Minutes of 4-06-2021 Williamson; Council President Jones; Mayor Kennedy, Director of Finance Copfer, Director of Human Resources Gallo, Director of Law Gareau, Director of Planning & Community Development Lieber and guests. • The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the potential return to Council Chambers. The Clerk noted the video streaming is up and running, but he'd like a couple additional tests to confirm it works. Council discussed the availability to continue meeting virtually via state law. There was discussion about the safety measures that would be in place for those attending the meetings. The majority of Council preferred to wait until the state order expires before returning. Councilman Brossard Chairman of the Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee: The Public Safety, Health & Welfare Committee met on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 7:10 p.m. Present were committee members Brossard and Williamson; Councilmembers Glassburn, Hemann, Kelly and Schumann; Council President Jones; Director of Law Gareau, Police Chief Wagner and guests. • Discussed was Liquor Permit 4130741 Imperial Garden 888 located at 24201 Lorain Road. There was no objection from the Police Department. The committee voted 2-0 to recommend to Council. • Discussed next was Liquor Permit 6458211 North Olmsted BWW LLC, dba Buffalo Wild Wings located at 26774 Lorain Road. There was no objection from the Police Department. The committee voted 2-0 to recommend to Council. Councilman Brossard moved to not object to Liquor Permit 4130741 Imperial Garden 888 located at 24201 Lorain Road. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Williamson and passed unanimously. Roll Call: Yes: Brossard, Williamson, Hemann, Kelly, Glassburn, Schumann No: None Motion carried. Liquor Permit 4130741 not objected to by a vote of 6-0.
