Council Minutes of 04-19-2022 Councilwoman Gilchrist moved to approve the re -appointment of Dan Rahm to the Building and Zoning Board of Appeals, for a five-year term ending 12/31/26. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed 7-0. Roll Call Yes: Gilchrist, Scarl, Glassburn, Hemann, Kelly, Limpert, Williamson No. None Motion carried. Councilwoman Gilchrist moved to approve the re -appointments of Jim Morse and Gretchen Schuler to two year terms ending 12/31/23 on the Landmarks Commission. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarl and passed 7-0. Roll Call. Yes. Gilchrist, Scarl, Glassburn, Hemann, Kelly, Limpert,. Williamson No None Motion carried. Councilwoman Gilchrist moved to approve the re -appointment Ed Garrity to the Recreation Commission for a four-year term ending 12/31/25. The motion was seconded by Councilman Scarf and passed 7-0. Councilwoman Gilchrist moved to approve the re -appointment Julie Nader to the Planning & Design Commission for a five-year term ending 12/31/26. Limpert, Williamson Ordinance 2022-27 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending and re-establishing Chapter 141.99 of the Administrative Code, entitled "Composition and Organization of the Department of Public Service' in order to update the Organizational Chart for the Department of Public Service. Councilman Glassburn moved to suspend the rules requiring three readings. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. Roll Call: Yes. Gilchrist, Glassburn. Hemann, Kelly, Limpert.
