Council Minutes of 06-07-2022 <br />Ordinance 2022-26 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />creating new Section 1139.13 entitled 'Phased Development" of Chapter 1139 of the Planning <br />and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Business <br />Districts' for the purpose of authorizing phased development plans in North Olmsted Business <br />Districts. <br />Resolution 2022-44 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. A Resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Economic and Community Development to request Statements of <br />Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified professionals to provide services required for the formation <br />of a Transportation for Livable Communities Initiatives (TLCI) Plan, and further authorizing the <br />Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the firm selected <br />in the RFQ process. <br />Ordinance 2022-48 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />amending the rates of compensation for administrative personnel by changing the Coordinator <br />of the Division of Juvenile Diversion from a full-time position to a part-time position and retitling <br />the Maintenance position in the Division of Wastewater with corresponding wages, for the years <br />2022 and 2023; and otherwise restating the compensation rates and descriptions for various <br />administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2022 and 2023, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance 2022-49 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance <br />providing for the funding of the optional redemption of certain of the City's outstanding fire <br />station improvement refunding bonds, Series 2015, dated as of December 15, 2015, and <br />authorizing and directing the call for optional redemption of those bonds, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance 2022-50 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its second reading. An Ordinance to <br />make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of <br />North Olmsted for the Year Ending December 31, 2022, as Amended and declaring an <br />emergency. An Ordinance <br />authorizing the Director of Finance to request proposals for professional appraisal services to <br />perform replacement cost valuation of City property; and further authorizing the Mayor, subject <br />to approval of the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement with the firm selected in the RFP <br />process, and declaring an emergency. <br />
