Council Minutes of 06-21-2022 <br />Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified professionals to provide services required for the formation <br />of a Transportation for Livable Communities Initiatives (TLCI) Plan, and further authorizing the <br />Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the firm selected <br />in the RFQ process. Councilman Kelly moved for adoption. Resolution 2022-44 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2022-48 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance <br />amending the rates of compensation for administrative personnel by changing the Coordinator <br />of the Division of Juvenile Diversion from a full-time position to a part-time position and retitling <br />the Maintenance position in the Division of Wastewater with corresponding wages, for the years <br />2022 and 2023; and otherwise restating the compensation rates and descriptions for various <br />administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2022 and 2023, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption.
