Council Minutes of 06-21-2022 <br />Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified professionals to provide services required for the formation <br />of a Transportation for Livable Communities Initiatives (TLCI) Plan, and further authorizing the <br />Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the firm selected <br />in the RFQ process. Councilman Kelly moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Glassburn and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call <br />Yes: Kelly, Glassburn, Gilchrist, Hemann, Scarl, Limpert, Williamson <br />No None <br />Motion carried. Resolution 2022-44 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2022-48 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance <br />amending the rates of compensation for administrative personnel by changing the Coordinator <br />of the Division of Juvenile Diversion from a full-time position to a part-time position and retitling <br />the Maintenance position in the Division of Wastewater with corresponding wages, for the years <br />2022 and 2023; and otherwise restating the compensation rates and descriptions for various <br />administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2022 and 2023, and declaring an <br />emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call <br />Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Kelly, Hemann, Gilchrist, Williamson.. Scarl <br />No: None <br />Motion carried. Ordinance 2022-48 adopted 7-0. <br />Ordinance 2022-49 introduced <br />by Mayor <br />Jones was <br />given its <br />third reading. <br />An Ordinance <br />providing for the funding of the optional <br />redemption <br />of certain <br />of the City's <br />outstanding fire <br />station improvement refunding <br />bonds, Series 2015, <br />dated as <br />of December <br />15. 2015, and <br />authorizing and directing the call for optional <br />emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved <br />Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call. <br />redemption of those bonds, and declaring an <br />or adoption. An Ordinance <br />authorizing the Director of Finance to request proposals for professional appraisal services to <br />perform replacement cost valuation of City property; and further authorizing the Mayor, subject <br />to approval of the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement with the firm selected in the RFP <br />process. and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion <br />was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed 7-0. <br />Roll Call: <br />Yes: Limpert, Hemann, Glassburn, Kelly, Gilchrist, Scan, Williamson <br />No: None <br />Motion carried.
