Council Minutes of 06-21-2022 Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified professionals to provide services required for the formation of a Transportation for Livable Communities Initiatives (TLCI) Plan, and further authorizing the Mayor, following approval by the Board of Control, to enter into a contract with the firm selected in the RFQ process. Councilman Kelly moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Glassburn and passed 7-0. Roll Call Yes: Kelly, Glassburn, Gilchrist, Hemann, Scarl, Limpert, Williamson No None Motion carried. Resolution 2022-44 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2022-48 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance amending the rates of compensation for administrative personnel by changing the Coordinator of the Division of Juvenile Diversion from a full-time position to a part-time position and retitling the Maintenance position in the Division of Wastewater with corresponding wages, for the years 2022 and 2023; and otherwise restating the compensation rates and descriptions for various administrative and legislative personnel for the years 2022 and 2023, and declaring an emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. Roll Call Yes: Glassburn, Limpert, Kelly, Hemann, Gilchrist, Williamson.. Scarl No: None Motion carried. Ordinance 2022-48 adopted 7-0. Ordinance 2022-49 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance providing for the funding of the optional redemption of certain of the City's outstanding fire station improvement refunding bonds, Series 2015, dated as of December 15. 2015, and authorizing and directing the call for optional emergency. Councilman Glassburn moved Councilman Limpert and passed 7-0. Roll Call. redemption of those bonds, and declaring an or adoption. Ordinance 2022-51 introduced by Mayor Jones was given its third reading. An Ordinance authorizing the Director of Finance to request proposals for professional appraisal services to perform replacement cost valuation of City property; and further authorizing the Mayor, subject to approval of the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement with the firm selected in the RFP process. and declaring an emergency. Councilman Limpert moved for adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Hemann and passed 7-0.
